RRSA offers the following professional training coordinated through the Crossfire Select Program to supplement regular team practices. These age appropriate programs teach kids individual skills with the goal of improving their abilities, resulting in increased confidence and enjoyment of the game. Outline:

RRSA SKILLBUILDERS PLUS (formerly known as ACADEMY)Program
This unique training program for U8, U9 and U10 players is conducted by RRSA's Crossfire Select Program professional training staff. You can sign up as individual player or as a team.

TBD,2009 5:45 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at the RRSA Soccer Complex

SKILLBUILDER'S PLUS program details:
Registration deadline is TBA
Training will be at RRSA soccer fields
Training will begin TBA
Training will end TBA

There will be 9 training sessions scheduled
There will be no make up sessions unless their are mutiple cancellations due to weather.
Skillbuilder's Plus to start on TBA (5:45-7:00 pm)

Fees are $50 per player. Please make check payable to RRSA.
Players from the same team will be kept together as much as possible. Whole teams are encouraged to sign up and use this opportunity for one of their practices per week.
All applications and fees must be paid prior to the start of theSkillbuilders Plus training sessions.



Q&A
How does Skillbuilder Plus differ from Skill Builders on Friday nights? Generally,Skillbuilder's Plus offers a more focused program, and Skill Builders are less formal with a greater mix of skills and experience.
Additionally, Skill Builders is offered for the U5 and U7 levels, as well as DIII, where Skillbuilder's Plus is focused on U8-U10, with the greatest attendance at the U9 level.
