Concession Stand Rules / Procedures

  • One/Two Teams Per Time Slot
  • 2 adult workers per team for entire time slot (4 total between the two teams)
  • Less than 2 show up per team - CANCEL next game
  • No children in the concession stand.
  • If you can't do your time slot, trade with another team. If you do trade, please let the RRSA Scheduler know so that this schedule will be updated, or else you will be responsible for whether another team shows up.
  • There will be a sign-in sheet in the Concession Stand
  • The teams assigned the 3:30 - 5:00 P.M. time slot each Saturday will be working in the concession but will also be responsible for picking up trash from the fields AND bringing in bags from trash cans to the area behind the Concession Stand for pickup and disposal. Note the shorter time slot because of harder work.
